Software products from Solido Systems are generally sold as is and without an official support agreement. We highly recommend that you try our products before you buy them by using the available trial licenses. However, if you do end up having problems after going through the documentation and FAQ sections you can either post a question in the discussion fora for that product or send us an email at support@solidosystems.com and we will do our best to answer it as quickly as we can.

Both remote and on site support agreements are available on request. Please contact us with a description of your needs to get an offer for your installation.
